During summer registration, players that were register to play in the Surrey Youth League competitions for Sheen Lions at the end of the 2018-19 season do not have to provide proof of age.
- If you join during the season then you will need to provide PoA (U08 or older).
- U07 and younger are not registered with the league and do not need to provide PoA.
- All U08 will have to provide Proof Of Age, because they were not registered with the League as U07.
For proof of age please provide a legible photo of your child’s passport page or birth certificate.
You should send this photo of PoA attached to the same email as your child’s ID photo as requested on your Sheen Lions registration confirmation email that you will receive after you have entered your Club registration.
