It seems that we have another few weeks of lock down and we do not know of course what options and facilities will be available to us as we emerge from it.
In the interim some of the Sheen Lions coaches will be making some videos to help the players retain some fitness during these difficult times.
The videos will appear on the Sheen Lions Instagram account. Instagram like all social platforms has an age restriction, you must be 13 or older to have an account. Parents of the younger children may be able to help their child see the videos however I will reproduce them here.
If you can follow the coaches on Instagram and give them some feedback and encouragement. I am sure that they will welcome questions and ideas.
